1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using JigShare: Photo Jigsaw Puzzle (the "App") or our official landing site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. User Content & Safety Guidelines (Guideline 1.2)

JigShare permits users to create personalized jigsaw challenges using their own photographs. When uploading photos for cloud challenges or peer invitations:

• You represent and warrant that you own or possess all necessary rights and permissions to use and share the uploaded images.
• You agree not to upload content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, promoting hate speech, or infringing upon any third party's intellectual property rights.
• Automated AI SafeSearch Moderation: To ensure compliance with Apple App Store Safety Guidelines, all shared challenge images are automatically inspected by Google Cloud Vision API SafeSearch. Content flagged as non-compliant will be immediately blocked from delivery.

3. Ephemeral Cloud Storage (7-Day Auto-Purge)

JigShare is designed around ephemeral social sharing. Cloud-hosted challenge photos and game session data are retained on our servers for an automated maximum lifespan of 7 days. After 7 days, cloud challenge records and photos are permanently purged. We are not responsible for backing up user-uploaded challenge media.

4. Fair Play, Leaderboards & Anti-Cheat

JigShare features competitive completion timers and skill points. Players must not exploit software vulnerabilities, reverse-engineer game binaries, or employ automated macros or scripts. We reserve the right to remove invalid scores or ban accounts that disrupt the integrity of community leaderboards.

5. Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA)

These Terms supplement Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA, these Terms shall control with respect to JigShare's specific features and ephemeral cloud services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developers of JigShare disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted service availability.
